At E. Thomas Developments Ltd we ensure that Health and Safety is at the core of every project. This is reflected in the company’s excellent Health and Safety track record. We strategically plan all of the projects we undertake. We identify the risks, establish design and put into practice management and behavioural protocols to eliminate the risks.

We use our accredited OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management System to establish and maintain the management, monitoring, review, audit and assurance systems required to achieve our targets.

We recognise the importance of our management’s engagement with the workforce and how this can encourage and instil our Health and Safety values within our company. Our team works towards a series of measurable objectives and targets to ensure that our Health and Safety aspirations are fully supported.
